Guilds, Glossary, & Dice

Guilds
Guilds are groups of users that work on an objective. The maxium amount of guilds you can be in is 3. The minium is 2.
NOTE: Here are what the guilds do! If you have a leader, deputy, or medicine cat you have to be in the Power guild. Once that cat dies then you are not in that guild anymore, unless you still have a cat that is whatever the guild is. You can stay in the guild as long as you have a a leader, deputy, or medicine cat.

Power Guild-This guild is made up of all of the leaders, deputies and medicine cats of the clans. They decide who the next deputies will be and what deputy will become the next leader. They also plan out herbs and sicknesses as well as clan wars, and clan & medicine cat gatherings.

Storyline Guild-This guild makes the storyline for the clans that they need to follow as well as the prophecies used in the stories. Beside making the storyline for the clans, they also make sure that it is followed.

Roleplay Guild- This guild records all of the family trees and relationships in the clans so that cats don't go marrying someone who is relatated to them, as well as keeping the clans balanced and not overpopulated. They also make sure the clans follow the storyline and help the new users with their problems and questions.

Off Topic Roleplay Guild-This guild is in charge of the off topic roleplays, or anything other roleplays that aren't warriors. They help keep track of their characters and make the plots.

Time & Nature Guild-This guild is in charge of the seasons, time, and weather. They make sure we are in the right season and announce the time of day in the clans. They also can control the weather, by making it sunny one day and rainy the next.

Advertisers Guild-This guild is in charge of advertising Awesomeclan on other websites all over the internet. They try to get Awesomeclan new members by spreading the word..

A list of all the terms and words that cats use.
Time & Seasons:
Cool-breeze: Winter
Fresh-breeze: Spring
Warm-breeze: Summer
Strong-breeze: Fall/Autumn
Quarter-moon: 1 week
Half-moon: 2 weeks
Moon: 1 month
Moonhigh: Midnight
Sunhigh: Noon

Measurements
Mouselength: 1 inch/2.5 centimeters
Kittenstep: 1/2 inch/1 centimeter

Ranks & Names
Leader: Cat that leads the Clan
Deputy: Second-in-command to the leader
Medicine cat: Healer of the Clan
Warrior: Hunter, Fighter, & Defender of the Clan
Apprentice: A cat training to become a Warrior or Medicine Cat
Queen: She-cat expecting or nursing Kits
Kit: A kitten
Elder: Retired warrior, medicine cat or leader
Kittypet: A house cat, can also be used as an insult
Loner: A cat that is not a kittypet or a Clan cat. Lives peacefully in one place, but doesn't defend its territory
Rogue: A potentially hostile cat that doesn't spend too long in one place
Twolegs/Nofurs/Upwalkers: Humans
Housefolk: A kittypets word for its humans
Foxdung: An insult, stronger than mouse dung
Mouse dung: Stronger than Mouse-brained, but less than offensive than Foxdung
Mouse-brained: Not very smart

Other Terms
Fresh-kill: Recently killed prey
Crowfood: Rotting prey
Sharing tongues: Term to describe cats grooming each other
Gathering: A peaceful meeting of the Clans. held every full moon
Moonstone: Place where Medicine Cats & Leaders go to share dreams with Spiritclan
Thunderpath: A road
Monster: Human vehicle, cars, trucks, etc.
Tree-eater: Bulldozer
Halfbridge: Dock
Twoleg nest: Human House
Twolegplace: Human Town or City
Greenleaf Twolegplace: Resort
(claws) Sheathed: claws are not out.
(claws) Unsheathed: claws are out and ready to fight with.

Dice Rolls
Dice Rolls are used for hunting. When you are out hunting just go to the bottom of your text box and right under it there is a thing that says Dice7 Rolls. If you click on the arrow you can activate the various Clan's Prey. Each number represents a different type of prey. THIS IS OPTIONAL!!!!!

Maybe we should change this around a little, since our cats know a bit more words than the words here. Like vampire and devil!

In that case, I like Jay's. Or, like ocean said and I will elaborate upon, we could do winter spring summer fall etc because our cats seem to more two-leg vocab ish, with devil and dragon and stuff.

Our cats know more twoleg words since our cats have been around twolegs more than the Warriors cats. A LOT more

Well, our cats were all at first kittypets/loners brought over by settlers from the...um....places. (England?) The cats were put on the ships to kill out all mice and rats on the ship, while other cats just sneaked onto the ships for an adventure! Then, once we got to the islands, some of us were traded to the local Indian Empire, along with other goods. The settlers & the Indians became friendly and the Indians allowed the settlers to build a town on one of their islands. Some of the cat remained kittypets to the settlers, others escaped into the wilds of the islands and became rogues and loners. But, the cats that went to the Indian Empire, were treated as royalty, since all the cats there belonged to the Royal Family of the Empire.

Then, the settlers grew hungry for more land, but the Indian Empire did not want them to expand any more. So, the settlers attacked the Indian Empire with guns and other weapons. Within a few weeks, the Indian Empire of the Islands, fell. All the royal cats of the Empire either became kittypets to the settlers or escaped into the wild. In the wilderness, there was great chaos and lawlessness. It was basically every cat for them self, and battles broke out frequently for food & territory. And in this time of darkness, 3 brothers rose up. Eagle, Hawk & Raven. They said that they cats should not be separate, but instead be united into, clans. Many cats agreed and joined the cats, but some still remained as rogues. 3 clans were made, Eagleclan, Hawkclan, & Ravenclan. Each one of the clans lived on a different island, so there would be less battles between them. The ancient clans had been made, and they were quite different than our present clan! No deputies, no medicine cats, no elders, no gatherings, barely any battles, no border patrols, etc! Instead, the eldest male child of the leader began the new leader when the old leader dies. And for some time, this all worked out just fine.

But then the settlers began to build new towns and farms on the ancient clans islands. The ancient clans were already huge, due to the fact that there was no battles and they had an entire island as their territory. When the settlers did this, it disrupted the balance of the ancient clans. Now cats were starving, all over the 3 clans. Because of this the leaders looked to the other islands for more land to feed their cats. And thus a great war broke out. Neither side gained territory on any of the islands, and the settlers continued their expanse. Many cats died in all the clans to hunger and the battles. When the war finally ended, it wasn't because the leaders had found peace with each other. It was because the majority of their clan had died, even the leaders. The remaining cats fled the islands and went to other islands. Some cats tried to keep the clans alive, but in the end, they failed.

And for a second time, there was a great period of chaos and lawlessness. But, luckily it wasn't long before another cat rose up and made a new clan. Her name was Snow and she made Snowclan. She had heard about the clans of old and decided to try and make one. But only one, she said that with multiple clans it will always end in conflict. Tons of cats joined her clan, and Snowclan was properous. Elders were made during this time, as well as the first medicine cat! And deputies, as well. And for a great amount of time, Snowclan was happy and they grew to a great size.

But then, a tribe of cats from the far south came. They had come from a blizzad torn island where a civil war had torn their tribe apart. They arrived on the clans from a horrible ship wreck, the remaining tribe cats had fled into ships of a fleet, only to have the entire fleet of ships be destroyed by a storm. On this new island, the tribe cats remade their tribe. Snowclan immediatly came to them and politley forced them to join their clan. They warned that if their tribe remained, they would both be destroyed by the conflict. But the tribe was stubborn. They would remain. Snowclan came to ask them every moon to join, and then every 2 weeks, then every week. Cats began to get afraid that a great starvation would break out, so in the end, Snowclan attacked the tribe. The tribe fought back fiercly, despite being greatly outnumbered. It was a very bloody war, being that tribe's battlestyle was superior to the cats. In the end, the same thing happened. Both tribe and clan had been shattered. The tribe lost the most cats and was nearly eradicatated. The cats then became rogues and loners, and once more a dark time reigned over the cats.

But were there is darkness, there is light. 6 cats came together and held a gathering for all the cats of the islands. They wished to remake the clans, and many joined their cause. 6 clans were made -Oceanclan, Sunclan, Moonclan, Lavaclan, Dawnclan, and Twilightclan.

Last part! I promise!

6 clans were made under these leaders, Dawnclan, Oceanclan, Lavaclan, Sunclan, Moonclan, & Twilightclan. Each one of these clans make a home on the Main Clan Island. Soon, it becomes clear that there is not enough room for all of the clans. Dawnclan & Twilightclan volunteer to leave, hoping to prevent conflict and also for the other, less crowded island where they made their home.
After the 2 clans left, Oceanshine became pregant with Lavafall's kits. They had fallen in love and she had his kits. Sunflame, the cousin of Lavafall was horrified at this. At the meeting where they had made the clans, they also had made a strict set of rules, one which didn't allow mates or kits from between the 2 clans. Sunflame greatly believed in the carrying out of the warrior code, and so she attacked Oceanclan and killed 3 of the kits, and wounded another one. Lavaclan attacked along with Oceanclan, a counterattack against Sunclan, in which Sunclan admitted defeat. Oceanclan, along with Oceanshine wanted to make Sunclan pay but Lavafall talked Oceanshine out of it and Lavaclan forgave Sunclan. But, ever since then, Oceanclan has always had a horrible grudge against Sunclan and whenever the 2 are pulled into battle, Lavaclan goes along to help Oceanclan.

Moonclan, at the start of the clans, was not neutral. Their leader, Moonwater, wanted to take over all the clans. Shortly after the battle between Ocean and Sun, Mooclan launched a huge war against the other clans. In the end, Sunclan, Oceanclan, and Lavaclan defeated Moonclan after a horrible, but short war. Moonwater was shellshocked. In the war, he had lost his beloved mate, Cinderfeather. She had just become pregant with his kits, but had not moved into the nursery just yet. She died in the last battle of the horrible war. After that, Moonwater declared that the clan would stay neutral as long as he lived, even know, Moonclan remains neutral in all conflicts.

Dawnclan and Twilightclan moved comfortably into their new homes. But all was not well in Dawnclan. A cat by the name of Forestcreek, along with others did not want to leave their old home behind to the greediness of the other clans. They wanted to go back. They wanted to stay. Forestcreek and her followers attacked Dawnclan and Dawnwillow and tried to force the clan to return back home. In the end, Forestcreek and her gang broke away from Dawnclan and made Forestclan. They trailed to the Main Clan Island, via stepping stones.
While this was happening, Twilightclan had a horrible volcanic eruption which killed off most of the cats. While Forestclan had left, a flood came and wiped out most of Dawnclan.
Forestclan found themselves unwanted when they came back to the Main Clan Island. Sunclan, Oceanclan and Lavaclan attacked them and forced them out. Forestclan returned back to the Side Clan Island only to find Dawnclan and Twilightclan were gone. The survivors had either become rogues or joined Forestclan. Forestclan then made their old home where Dawnclan once made theirs. Over the years, though, Forestclan forgot all ties they had to Dawnclan.

The Founding Leaders:
Oceanshine-Founder of Oceanclan, sister to Moonwater and Dawnwillow.

Sunflame-Founder of Sunclan, sister to Twilightclaw and Forestcreek.

Lavafall-Founder of Lavaclan, cousin to Sunflame, Twilightclaw, and Forestcreek.

Moonwater-Founder of Moonclan, brother to Oceanshine and Dawnwillow.

Dawnwillow-Founder of Dawnclan, sister to Moonwater and Oceanshine.

Forestcreek- Former Member of Dawnclan & then Founder of Forestclan, sister to Sunflame and Twilightclaw.

Moonwater, Oceanshine, & Dawnwillow:
A close knit family, they really loved and cared about one another. Moonwater was the eldest of the litter and Dawnwillow was the youngest. After the clans were made, they drifted apart.

Sunflame, Twilightclaw & Forestcreek:
Sunflame was from the eldest litter, while Twilightclaw and Forestcreek were from the youngest litter. Weren't all that close, Sunflame's 2 siblings died shortly after birth, the 2nd litter was all stillborn. Her mother grew sick and deppressed and her father barely ever came around.

Lavafall:
Normal family, only child. His mom was the twin sister to Sunflame, Twilightclaw, and Forestcreek's mom.

These families were the last families to continue the ways of the warriors of Snowclan, and such the kits dreamed of making their own clans. And so they did. Forestcreek didn't have enough followers for her own clan, and the other clans didn't want another clan, so in the end she joined up with Dawnclan.

That was awesome! lol I love how the clans have such an intricate history and then RainClan is just going to be like, "yeah, we were rogues." LOL

Hehehe, like all the clans are somehow relatated! I love doing the early clans, like of our clans, since we actually find out why some things are the way they are in the present.
