Personality--Kestrelflight is a nice and sensitive cat. She is gentle and smart, but she is also sometimes strict. She has firm belief in StarClan and the warrior code.
Description--Kestrelflight is a gray tabby with a white stomach and blue eyes. Her ears are tipped white with blue gray stripes. Her paws are all white up to the belly.
History--Kestrelflight was born in ______Clan. She is very respected in her Clan because of her good hunting and fighting skills, her calmness and gentleness, and her ability of being sensible in tough situations.

I suggest RainClan, because I don't think we have long term leaders for that clan yet.

Um, so Willow the first leader of Snowclan is Loudstar from Oceanclan. Owlstar is the second leader of Snowclan. She can be born in Snowclan if you want her to, or whatever
Kestrelstar can be the next leader of Snowclan, after Owlstar.
