Awesomeclan Brainstorming Time!

It has come the time to brainstorm some ideas for awesomeclan! So please tell me if you want to incorprate any ideas into the website. We will not be dealing with plot ideas, sorry! Maybe in the future, though.
So please share with me any ideas you might have since this is the time to change.

LOL, this is more like a question than a suggestion... Since you have made us all moderators, global moderators, etc. Does that mean you're actually allowing us to delete stuff? O.o
Well, I have a few suggestions questions.
1. May we delete the clan allegiances that are made by the people who are no longer here?
2. Should there be a rule that says that says that some topics that are really old, (e.g, a year?) Should be deleted?
3. And we should have a post clean-up once in a while?

1. Well.....you can delete the clan allegiances by people who are no longer her, but make sure you have all the cats on that allegiance. EX. I delete the Snowclan allegiance, but I need to make sure that I get all the info from that allegiance so that I can post the next one. If you don't want to post it, pm me the info and I will do it......eventually.
2.Yes, but only if they are inactive. I think. We should get some more opinions on this before we go through with this idea.
3.Yes we should but when we should have one, I have no idea! Maybe like.......twice every year? Like maybe one in winter and one in summer, like we did this year?

Also I gave you guys permissions to moderate stuff now since I am done with the overall sections of the website and why delay it any longer? Also you can use this to help get info from allegainces and rps which brings me to my questions.

1. Should we delete the old rps, so I can give them sub-catergories? EX. Right now there is a section called Oceanclan RP and etc. What I was thinking of doing to make it more organized and neater was to click on that and then you would see places in Oceanclan Territory, like Oceanclan Camp, Oceanclan Training Area, Oceanclan Jungle, etc.

2. Should we make any more guilds? Like should I bring back the Advertisers Guild?

The first question is the most important, Lol.

I think we should delete the old RPs at first, but the splitting thing is good and more organized. We could have a section to like put the old Rps or not so we have the info. Also, it sort of scares poeple when you delete the RPs. A lot of people before the Clan up didn't come back.

personally, I didn't like the Clean up that much. But if we have one, at this rate, maybe once every year or so.

The cats who left... we could mark them as free? or pm the owners. ... not like htey would respond.

I agree. Maybe I could make a temporary Archives section so we can have them to make sure everyone gets all the information and stuff. I am also thinking of trying to add like maybe a page or something that says how the clans are doing.
EX. The weather is warm and nice, but a deadly fever runs through the clans! There should be a lot of prey at this time, but because there is a small water shortage as well, many are dieing out and bring with it an unexpected starvation. (?)

I was thinking of talking to the people via email to see if they were coming back or not.

Also another thing I was thinking of doing was updating the important topics like the time and seasons topic, the clan mixtures topic, etc.

Also since now you guys are moderators and have power and stuff feel free to use it!

Yes those are all brilliant. I agree. Yeah or a widget or type of thing that says that, with info like you said and maybe the season. etc.

Post it in the separate RPs? Like we could have a post called "______" and then the person we made it can edit it according to what happens...

And, once we have a cat's description in the clan allegiances, we can delete their auditions.

Just noticed I can't do anything about the clan allegiances, so I'll leave that up to you.

That's a good idea, I guess: keeps the auditions from being clogged up. But the probelem is, when we do things like delete an allegiance we have no where to get the info from. So unless you copy and paste it onto a word, we'll need another kind of back up.

Since the clans are relatively close together, the weather/etc thing (i'm going to call it the WPS-D esctiohn.) doesn't necessarily charnge for every clan. Or we could do a separate section for each clan OR put it as an announcement.

We really should have an archive, where we put all of the clan's cats, and stuff.

Yeah, like backups or just to read. The Allegiances are going in the respective clan spots. The cat guild is doing something to better organize the cats, but for now Ocean is busy with the stuff that is going on.

Okay so I am going to make a temporary Archies Section so people will know abut what has happened before. I will also post a topic that will say what happened before even that to make sure everything is crystal clear.

Also the Cat Guild will be working on getting the list of the cats done so everyone will know how many cats there are in each clan and how they are relatated to whom.
Also does anyone have any ideas about what to do with the guilds? Like any new guild ideas?
