Well first you make more than one character. If you want Wetfoot to Be a queen, you need to give her a description. She needs kits too. Here is an example of a description:

Name: Autumnhaze
Age: 6 seasons 
Gender: female
Appearance:  marbled, with a light golden-red auburn pelt and mottled black rosettes and spots all over her body. Her tail is ringed all over with dark jet-black rings and a streak of black runs down her spine to split into the rings on her tail. At first glance, she seems to be a tiny little cat, unable to defend herself, but she really is an extremely amazing fighter. 
Personality: Autumnhaze uses other's misjudgment of her and surprise attacks them often. She is a smart cat, witty, and friendly, with a sarcastic sense of humor. She is a great leader, she has very great judgment and is a great leader. She is Fadedmoon's sister.
Strengths and weaknesses: Her small weight and not much strength does two things that affect her fighting greatly, one: it hinders her fight because she is not that strong, but it helps her fighting because her key moves take the opponent's weight and turn it against them. She is also slippery and very flexible, allowing an easy escape. She is not the best hunter, or swimmer, but she can climb very well.

Also when will we be having the civil war for Moonclan?

Well,the civil was CAN'T happen while I'm away. If it does,I refuse to RP further. Okay,okay,but seriously,wait till I return. Who will be hit by the the waves?

I really don't think this is a good idea, making so much happen. You have to stop planning ahead, and what if other people don't like it? At least make sure everyone agrees. And I think each clan leader should decide whether their clan is affected by whatever natural disaster you make up, or at least we should vote on it. The civil war is not happening for a very long time, don't worry about it.

Wellllllllllll Raven really want Twi to come in soon-but it will be after vaction. Oceanclan is affected by waves and Moonclan is affect by civil. It will happen not now but soon-if no charries wants to die then fine. Oceanclan cats would mostly not die anayways as they cans swims.

I don't opinion on whether there are more than 4 clans, I'm more concerned with whether the clans want to have the natural disasters. Personally, I'd tather not have the fire, the civil war is enough for now, and lavaclan is having a nasty rogue attack eventually.
