Oceanclan Hills

Oceanclan's Hills
Large green hills that lie in the southern part of Oceanclan's territory. Besides the jungle, the hills also dominate a large part of Oceanclan's territory. They have small bushes, green grasses and a few scattered trees on the hills. Though not as often visited by hunters, prey is also abundant here as well, maybe even more so than the jungle. Oceanclan cats barely ever visit this area and prefer to stick to the lowlands.

ic: Fireblaze dropped down and lay there panting. "This... Is.. getting... a b..bit ri...... ...diculous." Firestorm laughed. "You didn't get tired when you were walking there!" Auroralight giggled. Firestorm complained. "This whatever-it-is-called herb stings a lot!

OOC-That's right. All the cats of Ocean and Forest are here, but they will be heading to the Tsunami Camp once it has been found.

IC-"Um.....so should I announce all the cats to come here so we can discuss our next course of action? And then after that we will need to get patrols to go find an area that is safe where we can all stay until the floodwaters die down." said Oceanstorm as he looked around at the cats and added "And we should also be needing patrols to go find and help missing cats, as well." Oceanstorm wondered how many cats were missing and quickly did a head count, but got messed up because there was also Forestclan cats as well, so he gave up.

Mockingjay saw her mate talking to a Forestclan cat, and she relaxed a mite. She headed over to him and stood by his side, while he talked to a small Forestclan cat. Was it the leader? Boy, Forestclan's leader was small! She hoped that weren't all this small or malnourished.

Hollybell shook her pelt free of water and grumbled as she remembered how her mouse brained little sister caused the entire log boat to be flipped over! She was going to pay for that! No one messed with Hollybell and got away with it! "NO ONE!" she shouted.

Flashfire looked at the semi-crazy medicine cat that was shouting at thin air.

"Oops, did I say that aloud? Sorry." mumbled Hollybell as she inched her way from the crowds of cats.

Flashfire shook his head in wonder. Did all Oceanclan cats act like this? He pushed aside the thoughts as he and Secretwish began to dry off their kits and keep them warm.

Ebonypaw and Jadepaw walked over to where Wolfekit and Dustfang and sat down beside them, relieved to have found some other Forestclan cats besides themselves. Wolfekit layed down to rest from the stormy ride over here. Meanwhile, Foxkit was fast asleep.

Aromapaw, Laurelpaw and Kitepaw shared tongues, so they could make their coats nice and clean, and so they could make a good impression on Forestclan. A first impression is very important.

Paintedrose yawned and decided to sleep, since nothing really all that important was happening.

Sablefire slept on the beach, too weak and tired to do anything. Plus, her body ached all over.

Dancingpaw looked around at the new territory and saw that this island was much biger than Forestclan's island. Was all this land Oceanclan's?

And Twisterclaw did...............NOTHING!

Stormwind wondered what to do. "Erm, I'll help with one of those patrols," he mewed to Oceanstorm.

Smallpetal gave up. Instead, she dragged herself over to the big group of cats. After a thought, she made a splint, having watched medicine cats before. She was going to go see her brother, but Stormwind looked pretty busy, so she stayed at the edge of the crow and snoozed.

Dustfang nodded in greeting to Jadepaw and Ebonypaw. He would have gone up to Oceanstorm to discuss also, but he didn't want to leave the two kits, Foxkit and Wolfekit.

ooc: Who's Mockingjay's mate talking to? And I just realized but lol mockingjay.s

OOC-Oceanstorm is talking to Pansypaw, right? Yeah I made Mockingjay like that since well you know. Did you read the Hunger Games series? And if so, what is your favorite District? Also the most important question of all.......Peeta or Gale?

IC-"Oh, good." said Oceanstorm as he turned toward Stormwind. "But you need some more cats to join you, so go out and please find some or I could just do an announcement thing, if that is easier." Oceanstorm replied.

Seeind Dustfang watching over the 2 kits, Ebonypaw said "Dustfang, if you want we can watch over the kits so you can go over and talk to um.....whoever that cat might be."

Hollybell saw a cat sleeping, with a poorly made splint in her paw. Her paw looked very broken, a simply kit could see that! She walked over and asked "Are you okay? Do you need anything?"

ooc: Ocean, we've talked about this before, I think in the pokemon RP. To recap, I love the Hunger Games, but not totally obsessed like some of my strange friends who draw mockingjays everywhere and ends written notes with "may the odds ever be in your faovr." Oh yeah and thanks to you, in class, where I'm reading to kill a mockingbird, i keep saying mockingjay. my fav. distrct is district four, where Finnick was, partly because Finnick was the best and when he died I was and . I am on Peeta's side, only because, like my strange friend cannot understand, Gale becomes a ladies man in the end and deserts Katniss. So there you have it.

ic: Stromwind blinked. "Okay." He went among the throng of cats asking if they wanted to be on a patrol.

Dustfang thanked Ebonypaw and walked over to Oceanstorm.

Smallpetal woke up in a start. "huh? Oh, um, i'm fine." She thought, Hypocrite! as she stood up and her splint cracked. Eyes watering, Smallpetal meowed sheepishly, "Yeah...I sort of have a broken paw."

I have. Recently. I used to thought that mockingjay was a real bird. Ha ha. My favorite is district 3? I think. That's where... Oh, I can't remember their names. Forget it.

I think so. I mean, Pansypaw is panicked that he's the only medicine cat apprentice remaining and is asking for advice.. I think.

To Jay:Lol Jay! District 3 makes machines and has smart people So I was talking to Pansypaw about stuff, so.......yeah.

IC-Oceanstorm called out to Stormwind, "Wait!" and ran over to him and explained "I can just summon the cats that want to do a patrol over here, if you want me to that is."

Mockingjay looked at Dustfang and introduced herself "Hi, I am Mockingjay, Oceanstorm, the deptuy's mate."

"Hm......I see." said Hollybell. She then snorted and said "You don't need to be a medicine cat to tell that paw is broken!" Hollybell then examined it and it was indeed very broken, but with a few herbs it would heal quickly, or as quickly as it could. "Well... seeing as you said you are fine, I am just going to leave alone and see how you do, okay? Bye!" Hollybell said as she walked away from Smallpetal, smiling. In truth she wasn't really going to abandon her like that, but was really going to see what a typical Forestclan cat's reaction would be to this. From that reaction she would be able to understand what they were like, which would be helpful since she expected they were going to see them alot with them being washed away and all. But mostly, she was just doing it for a laugh.

Aromapaw, Laurelpaw and Kitepaw walked up to be with their mom and dad, at the top of the hill.

Smallpetal covered her snort of disgust with a small cough. She waited until the OceanClan cat had gotten out of earshot before she wrinkled her nose in disdain. "Okay, that was...helpful. Oh well, I guess I'm not her clanmate, so she feels no obligation to help. That's fine; it's her decision." Smallpetal shrugged and set to heal her leg herself. "I'll show everyone! I can do anything if I set my mind to it!" she vowed. She went to a little shrub on the hill. "Hmm....this smells like that herb Panseypaw put on my leg that was good for broken bones....comfrey or something? Oh well. This is the right herb for sure." She ground it into a pulp and pasted it on her leg. Then, she gritted her teeth as she used rushes and a branch to fasten a better splint then before. It wasn't as good as Panseypaw's had been, of course, but alright for a warrior. She admired her handiwork and limped to go see her brother.

Dustfang dipped his head. "Hello. I'm an elder of ForestClan, Dustfang. NIce to meet you, Mockingjay."

Stormwind thought about it. "Sure, oceanstorm...but it's also your obligation, as we are on your hospitality. Thanks for everything."

Fireblaze was a bit disappointed about the patrol. Surely he won't be able to go... Or else he will find himself being dragged away by Firestorm.

OOC-LOL, Hollybell is a weird kitty. BUT SHE IS MY WEIRD KITTY!

IC-"Oh, um.....you're welcome. I will call over any cats right now." said Oceanstorm, ackwardly. Forestclan cats were so.....proper! And polite. But Oceanstorm guessed that that was a good thing. "Um, any Oceanclan or uh Forestclan cats that would like to be on a patrol to survey the area report to um letsee Stormwind!" shouted Oceanstorm to the cats. He paused to catch his breath, before he continued "Also, all cats gather around me. We are going to discuss what we are going to do, in order to save our clans and how we can all come together and help one another!" Oceanstorm wondered where they were going to stay while the floodwaters retreated back to the ocean. He thought that if any other horrible event ever happened again they would need an area that they could go to in order for them to regroup and stay for a little while.

"Nice to meet you too, Dustfang." said Mockingjay, as she nodded her head in respect. "If you don't mind me asking," said Mockingjay "how did Forestclan wind up here? I thought you guys were on a whole different island from this one!"

Hollybell was surprised by the reaction of the Forestclan cat. She was determined and capable of anything thrown at her. They were a good clan....they could have used those kind of cats in the past. It was so sad that they had been kicked out.... especially since they, Oceanclan, were to blame! She wasn't going to abandon that cat, anyway as was going to return with some herbs. Once she found some. Luckily, she was able to found a decent supply of chamomile, a medicine cats favorite herb. Well, not really, but it was her favorite herb. It had so many uses, so she used it with everything! Not far away she discovered some ragwort leaves and some willow bark, which would definitley be of use. She found some other herbs as well, before she decided to return back. She didn't want her patient to wait any longer.

Hollybell returned back to Smallpetal "You didn't think I was going to abandon, right? I was just going to get herbs." Hollybell explained. She examined the splint and complimented "Not bad! I will let you keep it, since to tell you the truth, I am not the master at making splints." Hollybell then got some willow bark and said "Here, chew on this and then swallow it. This will help reduce the pain of your paw. Also," said Hollybell as she got out some chamomile and some ragwort "seeing as you already have some comfrey and made into a poultice, a good one at that, I am going to give you some chamomile and some ragwort which will keep your strength up. Hopefully," said Hollybell cheerfully, "you will be walking in no time!"

Stormwind, to his credit, took responsibility gracefully. He was a kind of born leader, unlike his sister, he thought, grimacing, who had about as much diplomacy as a squirrel. A bad tempered one, at that. "Patrol cats! Over here!" he called. Although, he planned to have the patrols after Oceanstorm had spoken, or send out one at first. Otherwise, they would have an uncoordinated plan, and in the confusing, deadly times, any cat couldn't afford that.

Dustfang wasn't quite sure how they had gotten to OceanClan in the first place. "Erm- I don't really know. We just jumped on logs-" Some didn't, he thought gravely. "-and somehow, ended up here! I guess SpiritClan guided us. With all the logs, it reminds me of a story about beavers...oh, excuse me. I'm simply going off on elder ramblings."

Smallpetal overcame her shock (The OceanClan cat, what a personality change/change of heart!, ) to mumble her thanks. Unlike her brother, who was a natural leader, she had a mean rabbit's politeness, minus the good nature. "Are you the medicine cat?..." she asked, trailing off the end of the question. "Well anyway, thanks a bunch. I have to go tell my brother, Stormwind, I'm alright, so thanks again. I owe you a favor now. If you ever need help, I will. Okay! Sorry! Bye! Have a nice day!" Smallpetal bolted off for a few tail-lengths, before the throbbing of her paw caused her to slow down to a trot. "I need to work on that," she muttered.

OOC-Will Stormwind one day in the future become leader? Do you want him to? Because I can arrange that Hehe

IC-"Oh, wow that is pretty amazing." said Mockingjay is (mock(get it?)) astonshiment. She suprised that even mere kits and elders had survived, whom she had expected to be killed the easiest. It just went on to the show that the Forestclan cats were tough as.....rocks. Yeah. "So you guys believe in Spiritclan as well? I thought that maybe since Forestclan has been separated from the other clans for so long it would......" said Mockingjay as her voice trailed off. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and then finished with "change. You know, become more barbaric and primitive. But I can see that is not the case." Mockingjay licked her fur down, which was looking more than just a diaster. "Um....so did you lose a lot of cats in the storm thing?" she asked, uncomfortably. It was a delicate topic so she didn't want to seem to blunt and all. She hoped that he didn't think she was being noisy and rude.

"Yep I be the medicine cat." proclaimed Hollybell proudly. She watched the she-cat sprint off and shouted "Be careful with that paw! If you move it a lot, it will never get better! It might even get more broken than it already is!" She sighed and though Warriors, all the same. She smiled and thought that she would definitley be seeing her again. It seemed like no cat or clan were going to be going anywhere, until the floodwaters decreased.

Paintedrose yawned and woke up from her nap, cranky. Who did this cat think he was calling and ordering around around like he owned the place? Well, he probably did....but he had no right to order the Forestclan cats around! Who died and made him leader? Oh....wait....the leader had died.....
Paintedrose shook her head and decieded to head up to him. She walked up to where he was and nodded her head.

Twisterclaw walked up the hill. He was nervous and jumpy and avoided Paintedrose.

Ebonypaw and Jadepaw urged the two kits, Wolfekit and Foxkit up the hill where they sat by the cat who had called all the cats to gather.

Dancingpaw looked her at the cat, what was his name? Oceanstorm? She turned her full attention to him.

Flashfire and Secretwish helped carry the kits up the hill, tired from the simple ordeal.

Laurelpaw, Kitepaw and Aromapaw looked toward their father.

Sablefire was on the beach, unconscious.

ooc: Um... Ocean? Can you check my elder's audition?
ic: Lionscar stood up to join the patrol. Firestorm was having a hard time keeping Fireblaze quiet. "Guess I have to stay here to watch this guy." Lionscar nodded and signed Auroralight to come with him. Auroralight followed.

ooc: Sure I guess Stormwind could become the leader, unless we have one who REALLY wants to be it and s a good candidate. But, sure! Of which clan though

ic: Dustfang thought Mockingjay's assumption were a little rude, but he let it slide due to the fact isolation could have led to anything; the clans han't seen them in moons, and beside, ForestClan technically got kicked out by SpiritClan in the first place. "Um, we're not really sure how many cats we lost, because the search patrols haven't finished looking, but i think our leader might not have mad e it....."

Smallpetal ran up to Stormwind. "hi, brother."
He purred with delight, but Stormwind was not really fazed to see his sister. She was little, petitie, but determined and strongwilled. He knew she had survived the storm. However, he was worried to see her leg in a splint. "oh, it's nothing. I broke it on a rock," Smalppetal explained. Stormwind knew it had to be more serious than that, but she wan't lying, because to her, it was less tahn nothing. So they sat down to hear Oceanstorm speak.

Auroralight and Lionscar padded next to Stormwind. Lionscar mumbled to Stormwind "Patrol" And had his mouth shut again.

OOC-I checked it Runa. Um....hmm to Stormwind. When you said that I was like, DUH! Forestclan! But I know what you mean. It depends on which one he goes to, Cliff or Marsh? Any ideas?

IC-"Oh my!" exclaimed Mockingkay and then she nodded her head down, and said "That is horrible. It seems we share that in common; we lost our leader as well." She left out the part about the leader being in a coma and not have been leading them properly, as well as the fact that all the cats had forgotten about her. Who needed to know that?

Oceanstorm took a deep breath and announced to the cats "We, Forestclan and Oceanclan, have decided to work together until the floodwaters recede on both your island and our territory. We need cats to go survey the land, floodwaters and as well as find a place to camp out. We also need some other patrols to go out hunting. Any volunteers, from both, clans wouldbe greatyl appreciated." he said. "Any cats staying behind, help each other out and offer your support. Many cats are injured and wounded and need to be treated immediatly. If you are one of them, then please move to the right side of me where yyou can be treated." he said. Oceanstorm tried to keep himself calm but he didn't know if the Forestclan cats would mind being ordered around by someone who was not from their own clan.

Hollybell moved to the right and waited for the cats to line up.

Flashfire and Secretwish took their kits over to the right side. Flashfire then went over to Stormwind and asked "May I join a hunting patrol?" He wanted to try and be helpful.

Ebonypaw and Jadepaw moved Foxkit and Wolfekit to the right side, despite their complaints. All kits should be checked, they thought.

(well I'm lost... I don't know any of the forestclan cats... Oh well.)

Forestwing leapt over to stand next to Oceanstorm. She thought to herself, "I look so important standing here omg!!"

Whisperkit sat in the crowd of cats. He looked around for Hawkpaw but couldn't see her.

Hawkpaw listened to Oceanstorm. "I'm gonna be in a patrol!!" she thought. She flicked her tail watching everything.

(And... People don't laugh, but does anyone remember what happened to Onyxpaw, one of my cats? Did he die??)

OOC-Onyx is still alive and is going to mate with Nova. Also, Whisper is an apprentice now, DUH!

IC-Twsiterclaw went out to go hunting, but by himself. He needed to have some alone time.

Paintedrose, yawned, said "That was it? What a waste of time!" and then fell asleep again. What right do they have to disturb my important beauty nap? It was an OUTRAGE!

Dancingpaw said to Aromapaw, Kitepaw and Laurelpaw "Do you guys want to go on a patrol?" She was nervous of the new cats, but she decided the best way to help her clan and get to know them was to go on a patrol. They looked to be her age anyway.

Sablefire, was unconscious.

ooc: Oh yay. Hi Ice! And there was another user posting at the other OceanClan RP. (I think you know, but typing it make me happy!)
ic: Tigereye purred. "Hi Lionstorm!" Lionscar blinked. "Who are you? And I'm Lionscar." Firestorm nudged him. "Hey it's our father's father! You never met him, right?" Lionscar looked away in embarrassment. "Ooops... Sorry." Tigereye laughed. "T's okay, folks!" He lay down. "Ticks?" Fireblaze poked him with his paw. "That's apprentice's work... but whatever." He started to pick out ticks. Auroralight purred. What a unique grandfather! Tigereye spat out. "I'm going to patrol!" He stood up and dashed toward Oceanstorm. Before he can reach him, Firestorm dragged him back. "You're an elder!" Lionscar helped in the pulling. Tigereye complained. "I'm not that old!" After a few heart-beat of arguing, Tigereye gave up and went back sleeping.

"Well... That's that, I suppose." Windflight said. "I'll go over to Oceanstorm to join a patrol. Anyone coming?" She asked. "Well..." Leafpaw looked at Aurorapaw briefly. "We have to go find our mentors. We haven't seen them for some time now." She meowed. "And we're getting worried." Aurorapaw added. "Of course. Seapaw, Windpaw, are you coming?" Seapaw nodded and ran over. "Of course!" Windpaw mewed before following.

Windflight, Seapaw, and Windpaw walked off in one direction while Leafpaw and Aurorapaw in another. Pansypaw sighed and looked at Dustkit. "It's just me and you, again." He mewed. "Let's go over to Hollybell." Dustkit nodded and followed.

Firestorm, Lionscar, and Auroralight went to join the patrol. Firestorm warned Tigereye. "Don't even try to get out now." Fireblaze was warned by Auroralight to watch this weird cat beside him.

ooc: Uh, can anyone remember who has the mentors to Leafpaw and Aurorapaw? Wait, Sablefire was Aurorapaw's mentor?
ic: "Hollybell. Hollybell?" Pansypaw asked tentatively.

ooc: *looks away showing that I have no idea*
ic: Tigereye looked at the other cats going out of sight, soon sprang to his paws. His eyes shone with mischief. Fireblaze quickly dragged Tigereye back, making Tigereye complaining like a kit. Now who's an elder, Tigereye? Fireblaze muttered to himself. Childish!

Stormwind had been impressed by Oceanstorm's speech. He wanted to be just like him, a confident leader. But now, he was a little overwhelmed as the patrol cats began to trickle in. "Erm, all cats that want to go on a hunting patrol please step over to this rock over here," Stormwind mewed, overly loud and gesturing grandly with his tail. "and, um, all cats who want to be on a search patrol come over to this piece of driftwood," he called, about a stick of wood three tail-lengths, jutting out of the hill.

OOC-Check the Forestclan Allegiance in the Archives, it should tell you there,

IC-"Yes, child?" asked Hollybell as she giggled at Pansypaw. What a funny name for a young boy! Oh well.

Oceanstorm then went over to Stormwind help organize the patrols. He could tell that Stormwind want to be a great leader one day, so he asked "Do you want to be a leader of your clan?"

Flashfire moved to the rock, and waited for more cats to join.

"Hold on one second." said Kitepaw as she turned to her siblings and whispered "Can we trust her? Can we trust them?"
"Of course we can!" said Aromapaw "If dad does then we can too, right?"
"Yeah, I agree. Don't be so...so....supscious of them Kitepaw. They are just like us. Maybe we more so." said Laurelpaw.
"Okay, you guys are right." said Kitepaw as she turned and said "Yes. Lets get going, okay?"

"Um.....sure?" said Dancingpaw. She had heard their over loud whispers, which to her were more like shouts! Oceanclan seemed to have bad whisperers. But they had a right to judge her as she followed them as they all walked out.

Mockingjay waited for an answer from Dustfang.

Forestwing leapt over to Stormwind and Oceanstorm. She smiled at Stormwind and said, "Hi Im Forestwing! The MAIN DEPUTY OF OCEANCLAN.". She sat down and curled her bushy tail over her paws. "Oceanstorm, shouldn't we organize a patrol to search for Bellastar? Since it is your fault she was left behind, I thought you might have remembered!". She said quietly so everyone wouldnt hear.

WhisperPAW tried to lick the salt out of his fur, but it tasted disgusting so he gave up. He walked over to where Hollybell was doing whatever she was doing. He watched her silently and thought about things.

Hawkpaw hummed to herself and stared at the sky. "The sky is pretty today..." She thought.

Firestorm stood on the hunting patrol's place, and Auroralight and Lionscar went to the search patrol. Fireblaze, was stuck with the weird cat.

ooc: Sablefire. But Leafpaw doesn't have a mentor...
ic: Dustkit coughed. This was a strange medicine cat.

"I whaaaat?" Pansypaw spluttered. "I wanted to ask you, what happens when both medicine cat's die and the apprentice and you're the only apprentice left with no proper name yet?" He chocked.

Fireblaze peeked nervously at Tigereye. Finally! He's asleep! Suddenly, Tigereye pounced on Fireblaze like he was a prey. Fireblaze squealed like a surprised kit, and wriggled around. Tigereye laughed. "A warrior have to be prepared every moment, Firestorm!" Fireblaze wriggled and jumped to stand up. "I'm Fireblaze! Stop forgetting cat's name!" Tigereye shrugged and smiled. Half laughing half smiling. "Whatever you are called, but you squealed like a kit." Fireblaze tried to argue, but soon shut his mouth. If he wasn't an elder...... hmph. But he couldn't actually hate him. He was always teased, but never actually hated him. Weird.

Windflight raced over to the one that was the not hunting patrol. She was in no mood for hunting. Windpaw followed her. However, Seapaw went to the hunting patrol.

Without hesitation, Stormwind replied to Oceanstorm, "Yes." He seemed startled himself from the instant answer, and he hastily put in, "That is, we have a great leader and all, but if I had the chance....I don't know if I'd be good enough for my Clan. Oh, and nice to meet you, Forestwing. I'm Stormwind. "

Dustfang was staring off into space. "Sorry," he mewed to Mockingjay. "Really? Bellastar might have passed on? That's some very sad news for the clans. She was a -er- creative leader."

Smallpetal noticed Stormwind chatting with OceanClan's deputy again. Good for him, she thought. She saw that they had a lot in common. She sighed, smiling for her brother, and padded over to the driftwood.

Forestwing nodded at Stormwind. "I wonder if Lavaclan got hit hard..." she said worriedly.

Hawkpaw observed!

Whisperpaw looked at the sky.

Lionscar stared at Tigereye pouncing on Fireblaze. Fireblaze screamed again and scooted away. He couldn't help laughing.

"Um...." said Mockingjay "Yeah, you are right." The truth was, Mockingjay really had no recent memory of Bellastar doing anything! Especially be creative. Most of the time she handed her work down to the deputies.

"I think," said Oceanstorm "is that you need to believe in yourself a little bit more. You can be a great leader, Stormwind. The only thing stopping you is here." he said, as his tail touched Stormwind's head.
Oceanstorm was too busy giving a very important and inspiring speech to a leader-want-to-be to really care about Forestwing had just said.

"Huh?" said Hollybell. "Oh, you don't ever need to worry about that happening, dear. Hahaha, you're funny!" laughed Hollybell as she collasped on the ground and made a kind of choking laughter.

OOC-Eagle, did you get into Bergen Academy? Also, what Academy are going into? Just curious

"Yes..." In reality, Dustfang didn't know about Bellastar's leading skills that much. From her clan, and what they thought of her, she seemed creative, and also never did much herself; sort of lazy. "So, what will OceanClan do now? I don't think ForestClan has many plans for who will take over next either," Dustfang asked.

Stormwind was soaking up and memorizing Oceanstorm's every word of wisdom. He sat at attention like a kit before the leader, with respect and fascination and determination to be like that one day.

Smallpetal watched Stormwind, in case he said anything mouse-brained. She pulled her ears back at the corniness of the conversation. "I will never understand deputies," she grumbled.

OOC- I don't know if I was accepted into BCA yet, but i applied to AAST, the science academy.

OOC-How did Dustfang go to the gatherings? Also, you want to be a scientist? COOL! My dad is a scientist. Do you have any idea what type of scientist you want to be? Adrian entered, right? Did he make it in?

IC-"Well....." said Mockingjay as her voice trailed off as she thought. "I don't think my mate wants to be the leader, too much repsonibility and pressure, especially since we have kids now. And can you imagine Oceanstar, leader of Oceanclan? Too confusing!" Mockingjay said as she laughed. "So I guess the next leader will be Forestwing." Mockingjay shuddered. Forestwing as leader? Not possible? How could that happen? The clan would fall! She shuddered again.

Oceanstorm smiled and said "I, myself, don't really want to be a leader. Since I have kits and all." he didn't want you Stormwind to know about all the repsonibilties of being a leader, since that could dissuade him. Oceanstorm though Stormwind could be a great leader. A great leader indeed. Stormwind kind of reminded him of Mossstar, the leader before Bellastar. The two had much in common. Except Stormwind wasn't dead! Yet.

Forestwing narrowed her eyes at Oceanstorm. Then she backed up and headbutted him in the side.

Whisperpaw watched his mother tackle oceanstorm.

Hawkpaw zoned out.

ooC: oops about Dustfang I sorta forgot the separate ForestClan normal clans thing. I edited. I don't know about what kind of scientist I want to be; maybe a rocket scientist? Not really...well, who knows. Yeah Adrian applied for the same academy, but non of the interview letters have come yet. BCA has three steps to get accepted: first, test (taken already.) Next, if you pass that, you get an interview letter (not out yet, but at that point they kinda decided alreay, it's just to see if you're not insane or something.) Lastly, the acceptance letters.

ic: Dustfang nodded. "Of course, SpiritClan will give its advice to help. I bet Forestwing will be a great leader." He wasn't really sure who that was, but guessed it was the cat who head-butted oceanstorm.

Stormwind stifled a chuckle as Oceanstorm had been almost floored by the cat who had run up and tackled him. He tried to reply, "I understand. I think you would be a great leader, but OceanClan can have strong deputies as well as strong leaders.

Smallpetal yawned, showing her delicate pink maw and white fangs. She curled up and started to snooze again, until the patrols were organized. However, with those two chatting away a storm like long lost elder brothers, it could take moons. She didn't quite mind, as she was tired out from almost drowning, breaking a leg, falling on her face, breaking the same leg again, running around with the broken leg, making a splint for the broken leg, always being waken up from the naps she tried to take, and finally, having to listen to the oceanClan deputy and her brother talk seriously about the most boring and repetitive topic on the planet.

ooc: Wow Scientist? Cool.
ic: Lionscar wondered about his clan camp. [i]It must be full of waters now. What happened to the nursery? Leader's den? Medicine cat's den?[i] He shrugged off the question and concentrated on staring at his grand father.

OOC-I was just curious, since one of my friends at school applied and got in, so I wondered if you guys had gotten in yet as well. What academy is Adrian going to be in? A rocket scientist would be cool!

IC-"Yeah." said Mockingjay as she watched her mate be tackled by the other deputy. She let out a mrrow of laughter in response. She then turned back to Mockingjay and asked "What does your clan think of our clans here? I mean, we kind of drived you out of your home......which was here, actually!" she said, just realizing that fact that this was once Forestclan soil.

"Why did you do that?" Oceanstorm asked Forestwing, "I didn't do anything." He shook his head and turned to Stormwind and said, "You are right. Wait," he said pausing "where are your deputies? I know your leader died in the storm, but surely not the deputies and medicine cats as well?" How could that happen to Forestclan? he thought, sadly.

OOC- wait, your friend got in already for this year? And Adrian's applying for AAST too, like I said before.
And I just realized, it hasn't rained/weather change in a while, and what about the days and nights thing?

ic- Dustfang shrugged. "I mean, we're still sore about it, but forgive and forget, you know? And, maybe it helped Forestclan grow to what it is now. The isolation showed us to be independent, resourceful, peaceful, and determined. Anyway, i would just request that your warriors don't gloat about it, or we would have a problem, especially with, erm, some of our more headstrong warriors." He thought specifically of Smallpetal. She had quite a temper.

Stormwind looked at the floor. "SpiritClan must not favor us lately. With the storm, all these cats missing, hurt....But then again, they really helped us out by having OceanClan coming over. I hope we at least have a deputy left, otherwise, who will lead ForestClan?"

Lionscar whispered to Auroralight. "Who do you think is going to lead us?" Auroralight shrugged. "Maybe... Stormwind? I actually don't know. It's SpiritClan's choice, really." Lionscar nodded. "But who if it wasn't Stormwind?" Auroralight shrugged again.

OOC-Well, he passed the test and he is going to be doing the interviews. He is going to the Engineering Academy one, since he is good with Technology and stuff.
Also about the day and night and weather change. I know. Well, once we have all the guilds and guild members sorted out, then we can start doing that again.

IC-Mockingjay nodded her head in understanding. "For most us, we think we shouldn't have done that to Forestclan. We really don't even gloat or even talk about it any more, since it happened such a long time ago. Actually, until Forestclan arrived here, Forestclan was just a little whisp of a memory to most of the clan, even ours." Mockingjay wondered if Forestclan would one day rejoin the clans, and if the clans would accept them. She knew Oceanclan would!

"Well....." said Oceanstorm as he looked around, "If worse comes to worst you and Pansypaw will have to lead. You as the leader, and Pansypaw as a full medicine cat. But lets not bother about what the future will hold! Learn from the Past, Live in the Present, and Look toward the Future. Or Go with the Flow. Either one could work here." Oceanstorm said.

Paintedrose napped, at the top of the hill.

Twisterclaw did some hunting these new, unfamiliar hills. He wasn't used to them yet, but luckily, he was able to catch two mice and a shrew. He quickly brougth them back to the cats. Where should he put the food? he thought. He saw Stormwind, and went up to him immdeatly; Stormwind would know. He waited as Oceanstorm and Stormwind talked to each other.

Hollybell laughed and waited for a response from Pansypaw.

Sablefire, was still unconscious on the beach.

Flashfire waited for the hunting patrols to go get going and hunting.

Dancingpaw, Kitepaw, Aromapaw, and Laurelpaw hunted in the nearby hills. They laughed and played with each other, and Dancingpaw became fast friends with the girls. Together, they had been able to catch a mole, a 2 shrews, and 2 mice. They were truimphant and returned back to the cats. They were talking with each other and they were telling each other about each others clans and clan life. They waited by Twisterclaw, since they would follow him with where to put the food.

Secretwish licked her kits. She had named them and she was blessed they had survived this far. Their names were: Sunsetkit, Springkit, Dawnkit, and..... (lol, I forget :O)

Ebonypaw and Jadepaw waited for the Foxkit and Wolefkit to get checked by the medicine cats. One was staring blankly off into space, while the other was on the ground laughing. Or choking.

Lionscar and Firestorm went hunting in one of the hills. It wasn't a great place for Lionscar, but they at least got 1 mice each. Auroralight went searching for her clanmates.

Stormwind nodded in agreement, mulling it all over in his head. Then, he Twisterclaw and some others waiting with prey in their mouths. "Oh! Sorry, Oceanstorm, but I should help with the patrols now." He went over to Twisterclaw. "Here, hunters can put there prey in next to the rock where i told the cats who wanted to hunt to meet up. A few cats should spread the word that we have fresh kill. the cats that hunted already who aren't doing so can take a break or go back to hunting. I'm going to organize patrols, but i don't know the names of some of the cats, so I'll point. Tell me your name when I do, even if you know i know it, so the rest of the cats can learn too." He motioned to Flashfire. "You are going to lead the first hunting patrol. Go to the east. You will be joined by, uhhhh...." All the cats who had been at teh rock were either on their own hunting patrol or hunted already.

Dustfang shook his head. "Oh well, it gave us an excuse to become stronger," he mewed, almost baring his teeth. "And besides, now that we're back, we won't be just a whisp of memory in the clan's minds. We return with full force, but not back to our old territory. No, I think we should just let the other clans acknlodge us and we'll be sort of content. ForestClan territory is our home."

Hawkpaw raced up to Stormwind. "Hi, umm... you. (she doesn't know his name) can I go on the hunting patrol with that cat? (she nodded towards Flashfire). By the way my name is Hawkpaw, and my daddy is the leader of lavaclan, and my mommy is standing right there!" (Hawkpaw flicked her tail towards Forestwing.

If this was an anime, Forestwing would be having flames come out of her eyes. She glared at Oceanstorm. "Maybe I should tell Stormwind over there you are directly responsible for our leader's possible DEATH." she hissed to him quietly. "Thats why I tackled you." She then glared at him some
more.

Whisperpaw's head hurt. All the new cats were freaking him out, and he was way to shy to even go near any of them, so he crept into the shadow of a tree and curled up, watching everyone.

"Hi, Hawkpaw! Nice to meet you. I'm Stormwind, of ForestClan. And sure, you can go on the hunting patrol with him." Stormwind stood taller, addressing the rest of the cats. "Does anyone else wish to join the first hunting patrol?"

Smallpetal rolled her eyes. "Stormwind, pipe down, I'm trying to sleep!" she yowled. She slunk into a shady spot under a tree and continued snoozing.

Dustkit snickered. "Oh yes, um, what-ever-your-name-is, he's very funny." Pansypaw cuffed Dustkit around the head. Dustkit skidded across the ground and pretended to faint dramatically. Pansypaw groaned and padded over to her and picked her up and dropped her back down in front of Hollybell then answered her question. "Why should I not worry? It's happening right now."

Lionscar and Firestorm placed they're fresh kills and called. "Me!" At the same time. They grinned at each other and padded toward the patrol cats.
Tigereye looked at his grand sons with happy warm eyes. "They're growing well... I wonder if you are in SpiritClan or somewhere else." He looked up at the sky, and imagined his son's and his mate's face. Fireblaze stared at him, and decided not to bother.
