Oceanclan's Camp
The camp lies very close to the beach, due to Oceanclan's love of water. The walls of the camp are made of green bushes and driftwood. There is a small pond in the back of the camp. The pond is shallow enough that kits won't drown swimming in it, but deep enough that there is plenty of water to drink. From the pond, a small stream runs through the middle of the camp, that divides the camp in two. The stream trinkles out of the camp through a small tunnel that leads to the side of the camp. The tunnel is small enough that a kit can't get through, but large enough that the water is able to flow out. Behind the pond is the Pondrock, a small gray rock that juts out of the ground. The camp exit leads directly to the beach.
The order of the dens are from the entrance, left to right:
Warrior's den: A group of tightly packed together bushes with a hollow area underneath the leaves. The bushes are close enough to keep out the elements.
Deputy's den: A group of tightly packed together bushes with a hollow area underneath the leaves, separated from the warriors den by boulder.
Nursery: A den made of palm leaves and driftwood with soft grass in and around the den. The nests are made of feathers.
Medicine Cat's den: A huge mossy boulder with a large cavern underneath. The herbs are kept cool which prevents them from dying out too quickly.
Pond/Pondrock
Leader's den: A den made out of various pieces of driftwood. Green moss grows in and around the den.
Elder's den: A dip in the ground covered by a group of tightly packed together bushes. Soft grass grows around the den and inside the den is covered in moss.
Apprentice's den: An even deeper dip in the ground covered by a group of tightly packed together bushes. Moss covers the den inside and soft grass grows outside.

Emberflame walked over to Foxpaw. "Want to go train?" He meowed.

Foxpaw, who had been looking at the ground absently, looked up at Emberflame. His eyes filled with excitement. "Yes!"

Willowpaw yowled a quick warning to her temporary mentor and crush Windblaze as she saw Starfall pounce.

OOC-Time to continue the ceremony, right?

IC-Whisperpaw, Hawkpaw, Blisspaw, Aromapaw, Kitepaw, and Laurelpaw waited for their warrior names.

Emberflame purred at his apprentice's enthusiasm. "Great! We'll watch this ceremony first before we go." Emberflame sat down to watch the ceremony.

Foxpaw nodded and followed suit.

Possumpaw and Willowpaw watch the ceremony with intrest.

Lavenderheart sleeps.

Thrushkit stumbled out of the nursery and took his first look at the camp. (LOL he is the 'troublemaker') His eyes grew wide with amazement at how many cats there were, and ran back inside to Lavenderheart quickly.

Cloudstorm smiled gently at his kits. "Don't make too much trouble." He mewed to Thrushkit. "It's the ceremony."

Tigerkit stared at Thrushkit. "Hi."

Thrushkit looked at his paws. "Yes, Dad" he said. Then he looked over at Tigerkit. "Hello...."

Cloudstorm purred and brushed his son's head with his tail.
Tigerkit bounced playfully. "Can I play with you after this ceremony?"

"Sure!" Thrushkit's tail waved in happiness, and he purred. Lavenderheart woke drowsily, and told Thrushkit "Come on, you kits can play after the ceremony." Thrushkit rolled his eyes and flopped back into the nest where his mother curled her tail around him, Fernkit and Flamekit.

ic: Cloudstorm sat next to Lavendarheart, gazing down at his kits while listening to the ceremony.
Tigerkit cheered (Because he can play) and sat down.

ooc: Well i think that was the original plan, but he is now becoming a medicine cat.....lol, never mind :3 he's the weakest, and almost dies.

Lavenderheart, Thrushkit and Flamekit slept in the nursery.

Willowpaw and Possumpaw wait for the ceremony to continue.

Whoever plays windblaze, starfall's about to "attack"

IC-"Kitepaw, Aromapaw, Laurelpaw, Blisspaw, Hawpaw and Whisperpaw please come forward." said Forestwing.

The 6 apprentices all came forward.

"I, Forestwing, leader of Oceanclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn." said Forestwing, proudly. She was especially porud since her own kits were finally becoming warriors!
"Blisspaw, Kitepaw, Aromapaw and Laurelpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend the clan, even at the cost of your life?" asked Forestwing.

"We do!" exclaimed the sisters, eagerly.

"Then by the powers of Spiritclan, I give you your warrior name. Blisspaw, Kitepaw, Laurelpaw and Aromapaw from this moment you will be known as Blissfall, Kiteclaw, Laurelvine, and Aromabreeze." said Forestwing, nodding to each one in turn. "Spiritclan honors your Courage,
Bravery, Determination, Enthusiasm, Spirit, Kindness, Energy & Thoughtfulness, and we welcome you as full warriors of Oceanclan." finished Forestwing as she then turned to Whisperpaw and Hawkpaw.

"Then by the powers of Spiritclan, I give you your warrior name." repeated Forestwing to her kits. "Whisperpaw and Hawkpaw from this moment you will be known as Whispersoul and Hawktalon. Spiritclan honors your Spirit, Thoughtfulness, Kindess, and Energy and we welcome you as full warriors of Oceanclan." said Forestwing.

"Hooray!" cried the new warriors.

Hollybell quickly cheered and then sneaked out of the camp, hoping no one would notice her gone.

(Apprentice), do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?
Apprentice: I do.
Leader:' Then by the powers of SpiritClan, I give you your warrior name. (Apprentice), from this moment you will be known as (new name). SpiritClan honors your (virtues), and we welcome you as a full warrior of (Clan).

Willowpaw flattened her ears as she spied Starfall stalking her temporary mentor. She shrugged. Her crush could fight his own battles.

Possumpaw cheered.

Lavenderheart shifed as she felt something uncomfortably hot lying against her flank. She opened her eyes and smiled. Fernkit and Thrushkit were lying in a heap down by her legs and Flamekit was snuggled against her flank, shivering. Lavenderheart frowned worriedly. Kits didnt usually feel that hot, she wondered. I'll go and get one of the Medicine cats. She wriggled away from her kits, trusting that Cloudstorm would look after them while she was gone.
She padded out of the nusery and walked over to the medicine den, glad to stretch her legs. "Ravenfeather? Mirrorgaze?" she called at the entrance.

Mirrorgaze wove herself around the corner, approaching Lavenderheart. Her silver fur with faded gray stripes ruffled in the moonlight and her cloudy grey-blue eyes pierced into the queens gaze. "What is it?" She asked a bit sharply, a tone well known to cats through the clans.

Mossfire cheered for the new warriors loudly.

Emberflame and Foxpaw cheered for the new warriors.

Lavenderheart sighed worriedly. "Its Flamekit," she said. "I think he has a fever or something because he felt hot on my flank but he was shivering." she bit her lip worriedly. "Will he be okay?" she asked. [Flamekit has one of the fevers that he is boiling but feels cold. Cant remember what its called.]

Thrushkit woke and pushed his sister off him. "Gerrof me!" he mewed playfully. Then he sprinted over to Tigerkit and batted his tail. Flamekit shivered in his nest without Lavenderheart to warm his small body.

Willowpaw and Possumpaw cheered. "Blissfall! Kiteclaw! Laurelvine! Aromabreeze! Whispersoul! Hawktalon!"

OOC-You mean...Silverfever? Thats the second to worst fever! This is serious! D:

IC-Ravenfeather looked around for Hollybell. Where was she? It wasn't like her to just randomly leave like this...
Ravenfeather ran over to Lavendarheart and felt Flamekit. "Oh my...that is Silverfever he has! I'll go get the Lavender, Lavenderheart (couldn't resist)" said Ravenfeather as she ran off to fetch the lavendar for Lavenderheart's kit. (Should there be lavender for the kit? Or not?)

Well he supposed to almost die, so....whatever

Lavenderheart nodded, and curled herself around Flamekit, who was now shivering violently. She snapped at Thrushkit and Fernkit. "Look, you two! Cant you see that your brother's ill? With Silverfever?" the kits stopped dead and looked at each other. Lavenderheart sighed. "Just go and watch the ceremony okay?" The kits nodded and scrambled out of the nursery eagerly.

OOC-But isn't he suppose to be a meddy cat, later on?

How about there is only a little bit and they use it on him, to no effect. He slowly gets weaker and weaker...but then they find a batch of lavender or he is gifted with another life by Spiritclan? I like the another life bit. Its so spiritual!
Either or, I think he should live

OOC-Hahaha, we could bury him or do a ceremony and then he comes back to life and is like "what?" and the cats could be like zombie!!!!!

Lavenderheart licked Flamekit to try and stop him shivering.

Mirrorgaze quickly snapped to attention. "We need to move you away from the other cats. Lavenderheart, you need to trust me, You can not get Silverfever. I had it as a kit and i survived, I am immune. He will stay with me." She ordered softly.

ooc: this way she gets used to her apprentice

Okay good idea Nova.

Lavenderheart stifled a sob. "Okay then," she whispered quietly. She picked up the shivering orange kit with her jaws and carried him over to the medicine den. Thrushkit spied his mother and ran over. "What's the matter with Flamekit?" he asked curiously. Lavenderheart sighed and mumbled to Mirrorgaze "Can you explain to him?".

Mirrorgaze's hard heart softened for the kit. She leaned down and softened her old, wise eyes. "Your brother is unhealthy and I need to make sure he can grow up to be big and strong like you will too one day, alright?" You will see him again." She promised. She took Flamekit in her jaws and layed him gently down in her nest.

Lavenderheart looked at Mirrorgaze, thanking her. Thrushkit followed his mother to the nursery, and Fernkit tagged along behind them. Lavenderheart padded into the nursery, and breathed the warm scens, Flamekit's already fading. She fell into her nest, and cried (if cats can cry...). Thrushkit and Fernkit snuggled into the nest with their mother and tried to comfort her.

Flamekit opened his eyes for the second time, and yelped. Where was he? Who was this cat staring at him? Why was he so cold? Flamekit squeezed his eyes shut, and coughed feebly.

OOC-How about since Flame has the fever he can spread around to rest of Oceanclan?

If you want....maybe not an epidemic though that would be mean

Well that is what I meant. At first it will start out small but after the battle with Sunclan it will become bigger and deadlier

Hmmmmm....and the medicine cats cant find enough lavender? lol okay whatever

Isn't there least going to be an epidemic in lava clan?

Ic: Mirrorgaze quickly consoled the kit and gave him some water, protectively curling around him with her large fluffy tail.

Flamekit flinched as the medicine cat put her tail around his small orange body. He coughed then asked "what am I doing here? I want my mum!" He sniffled and coughed again, then pulled the moss around his small body.

OOC-Wait, so Mirror is immune to the various types of fever? Or just that one? Either way, it is an awesome little genetic thing
Oh and the fever will break out in both Lava and Ocean. It starts with Silverkit and Flamekit. Oh! IDEA!
Possible warrior name: Silverflame. But it is MINE! LOL, jk. Anyone can feel free to use it
But the fever will only spread around a little bit with cats with very light stages of the fever. After the minor war with Sunclan, it will be much bigger and worse. That way we have something to do in both Lava and Ocean when most of the attention is placed on Dawnclan, you know?
Plus, it can help overpopulation in some of the clans

IC-Ravenfeather ran back, clutching a pitifully small amount of lavender in her mouth. She spat it out in front of Flamekit and ordered him "Eat." she then turned to Mirrorgaze and said "That...is all we have left. We might need to go out and get more later, but lavender is so hard to find...and..." she eyed Flamekit and then quickly looked back at Mirrorgaze, hoping she understood what she meant.

Flamekit gagged, and promptly vomited onto the floor. He winced, then gulped the lavender down. He took another drink of water, and then sniffled. "I w-want my m-mum!" he sobbed dejectedly.

Lavenderheart sighed and padded over to Cloudstorm. "Oh Cloudstorm, Flamekit's seriously sick and the way the medicine cats were acting..." she sobbed and lay her head on her mate's shoulder. Thrushkit and Fernkit padded forward and nudged their mother's legs. Lavender sniffed, then cuddled them to her with her long silver tail.

Willowpaw padded over to Windblaze. "What shall we do now, O Mighty Mentor?" she said, the sarcasm in her voice masking the fact she was head over tails in love with him.

Possumpaw ran to Starfall. "Can you show me the territory please?" she asked shyly.

Starfall nodded. "Of course!" She replied, heading towards the exit.

Mirrorgaze looked at the kit and sighed. "Be careful. Take two apprentices and absolutely scour the forests for it. Good luck." She ordered.

OOC-I believe they don't find any, btw.

IC-"I'll go!" exclaimed Kiteclaw as she headed over to Starfall.
"Me too!" said Azureshadow as he walked over, followed by Jasmineflame, his mate who said "Ditto!"

Ravenfeather looked at Flamekit and said "Don't worry, in no time you will be back with all of siblings!" she forced a smile, but she did have her doubts. The kit was also the weakest and the runt, so things did not look so good.

Starfall's older than all of these cats, right? Idk, im not tiger

ic: Starfall smiled and laughed at the big company joining her. Azure, why don't you and Jasmineflame go hunting, and i"ll take the apprentices." She offered.

OOC-Yep and there is only 1 apprentice...I think...so....
Wait, there are like 3.

IC-"Fine." Azureshadow and Jasmineflame chorused together. They then laughed and then left.

"I'll go." mewed Spiderpaw, who was followed by his brother, Darkpaw.

Starfall nodded to Kiteclaw, and flicked her tail towards the entrance to signal Darkpaw, Spiderpaw, and Possumpaw to follow.

Kiteclaw, Spiderpaw and Darkpaw all walked out of the camp and followed Mirrorgaze.

ic: Starfall padded out, smelling the air deeply, her faded yellow-speckled pelt dissolving into the trees with its dark coloring.

ic: Floodwaters sighed as her kits once again started pestering her for a story. "Tell us about SnowClan!' Tsunamikit begged. "No, tell about naughty apprentices!" "SnowClan is much better then that!" scoffed Tsunamikit. "Oh yeah?" asked Earthquakekit. The kits fell together in a tussle.

Possumpaw followed her mentor eagerly out into the forest bouncing around wih excitement.

Lavenderheart sighed sadly, thinking about Flamekit in the medicine den with nobody to cuddle him. Thrushkit slipped away from his mother's fierce embrace and padded away over to the medicine den too see Flamekit.

Flamekit sobbed quietly in the corner.

Willowpaw gave up on Windblaze and followed the other apprentices out into the forest to hunt. She was almost ready to become a warrior and she could show the new apprentices how to do lsome of the more advanced fighting moves.

ic: Earthquakekit broke away and scrambled on top of Floodwaters. Tornadokit "stalked" Hurricanekit and pounced.

ooc: hullo Runa! I need some 2! (hint hint, Ocean, Eagle...whoever)
ic: Floodwaters hushed her kits. "Now, now. Warriors don't behave like that!"

ooc: I do too! I've been working a lot lately and most times I can never get on here. Sometimes I'm just too lazy. :p

Emberflame nodded at Foxpaw for him to follow him and he walked out of the camp and headed for the hills.

Foxpaw followed.

OCEAN! RECAP PLEASE!

Thrushkit pushed his way through the medicine den entrance. "Flamekit?" he whispered. FLamekit looked up from the corner and coughed feebly. "Thrushkit! You shouldnt be here!" he coughed. "You could get sick too." Thrushkit shrugged and settled down beside his brother and licked his fiery pelt. Flamekit sighed and fell asleep next to his warm brother, comforted and content even though his small body wracked with coughs occasionally.

Fernkit padded over to Earthquakekit and jumped on the older kit. "Im Fernstar, the ultimate leader of Oeanclan!" she proclaimed.

ooc: um..im thinking Lavender will lose her milk.

OOC-Okay so nothing much has happened. Lavender had her kits and one of them, Flamekit, has fever. Right now the cats are rebuilding the camp somewhat and are out hunting and collecting herbs. When Lavaclan comes over here to fight against Sunclan, Forestclan will also join in as well, thinking they need to repay their debt to Oceanclan. After a little bit, Oceanclan will then join the battle as well.

ooc: Yay! Thanks Ocean. I missed this website sooo much!
ic: Cloudstorm ran toward Lavendarheart. "That was a long hunt! So much preys has been...... Oh. Where's the kits?" He asked cautiously.

ooc: Lol Runa, Fernkit is yours remember XD

ic: Lavenderheart looked up at her mate. "Cloudstorm!" she purred, rubbing her head against his shoulder. "Oh, haven't you heard? Flamekit's got a sickness..." she sobbed and lay her head on Cloudstorm. "Its all my fault! If i was a better mother then Flamekit wouldn't be sick and he wouldn't be dying..." Thrushkit padded meekly through the entrance looking around quietly. "Cloudstorm!" he squeaked happily.

ooc: *gulp* alright, here goes...
don't worry about recap, i'll get on my computer later and read some of the posts. i think i understand whats going on right now
ic-Shiverglow woke up as Rushtail shrugged her awake. She yawned, blinking her sleepy eyes.
"Come'on. Let's go hunt together!" Rushtail started padding towards the opening of the warrior's den. Shiverglow sat up, and began to follow him out.
"We should also try to find some herbs." Shiverglow said, and Rushtail nodded. "Good thinking."
